On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, in less than 24 hours many in the media, conservative and otherwise, were duped by the testimony of one aide who was not a senior staffer to the President and had not been an eyewitness to anything. The uncorroborated testimony of Cassidy Hutchinson, without any cross-examination, was almost immediately challenged as false by the United States Secret Service. The agents in question are willing to testify to correct her false testimony. Then, the J6 committee doesn't want truth and the media doesn't want it either. The Committee has now subpoenaed former white House Lawyer Pat Cipollone knowing full well that he can't waive attorney-client privilege. They do this so that they can then say he refused to cooperate and continue their obstruction narrative. They could have subpoenaed him a long time ago but wanted until now. Irrespective of Cassidy's previous four testimonies, Cippalone was always the White House Lawyer. Afterward, crimes are being concocted, criminal laws are being stretched, and the law is being used to break the law just to go after citizens that disagree about politics. The arrogance of the left is such that they would stretch the limits of federal statutes to try and indict a former president in order to determine the outcome of the next presidential election. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the left's attack on Donald Trump is really an attack on America and each and every one of us. The airwaves are filled with leftwing reporters and former federal prosecutors distorting the notion of what truth really is. The rationale for a surprise emergency January 6 hearing doesn't add up. Cassidy Hutchinson (the J6 Committees witness) claimed that Trump lunged toward the agents driving him on January 6th. But Secret Service agents have come forth and said that Trump never lunged for the steering wheel of the Presidential limo and are prepared to testify under oath. Afterward, former Pentagon Chief of Staff, Kash Patel, calls in to explain that he witnessed Trump, in the presence of the Sec. of Defense, authorized up to 20,000 National Guardsman to the Capitol which was declined by the Mayor of Washington DC and the Capitol Police and reported in the recent timeline released by the DC Metropolitan Police. Patel reiterated that the Oval Office is a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) and that Cassidy Hutchinson was not even authorized to attend such a meeting let alone have access to any intelligence coming from it. Patel has submitted his testimony to the committee although the committee was not interested in publicizing his transcripts. Then, 50 people died being smuggled in a tractor near the southern border. How many more people have died crossing the border while Biden has been president? Yet the hellish border remains open and people will continue to enter the country, some dying along the way, while Biden's Administration sits on its hands. President Biden is still pushing critical race theory in schools all over the country. Now in the form of a bill misleadingly named the 'Civics Secures Democracy Act' creates a federal mandate for this curriculum to enhance the teaching of 'racial inequities' and a national test with a new woke vision of history and civics. This national test would usurp the power of local school boards and nationalize neighborhood classrooms. President Biden has called for a gas tax holiday, something that Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi have called a gimmick since it does nothing to address increasing domestic oil production, which would offset the price. It's simple supply and demand economics, yet Biden refuses to allow any oil drilling on leased land controlled by the federal government. Sadly, Biden cowers to the Sierra Club and leftwing radical environmentalists to decrease production which drives up the cost and forces Americans out of their cars and into public transportation in the name of an environmental emergency, and the same will happen with single-family housing. Then, Biden continues to claim that inflation was caused by the war in Ukraine, yet the Federal Reserve chairman admits that inflation was high even before the war. Wade decision has been overturned by the Supreme Court, but it began to unravel 20 years ago with the Casey decision. The court never had a right to rule on abortion, and today the court returned power that should have never been taken in the first place. Roe v. Wade upended 180 years of jurisprudence when it was wrongly decided. The case violated the equal protection rights of the unborn baby, which the court deemed viable in their decision. This decision takes the federal court out of the bedroom. There is no need to demonstrate 'proper cause' for one's right to free speech or any other Constitutional right, and as such one's right to protect themselves in their home extends outside their home as well. A state's regulations may not impede one's constitutional right. Then, the DOJ raided the home of Jeffrey Clark a former DOJ official from the Trump era. Several of Mr. Clark's colleagues are now trashing him, and it seems odd. They've created a fall guy in John Eastman a law professor that advocated for Trump. The Committee has cherry-picked testimony, depositions, and even interpretations of the law. They've failed to mention how Democrats have contested the counting of electoral votes in every Republican victory for the past two decades claiming the election was stolen as far back as 2001 when 31 congressional Democrats voted to challenge Ohio's electoral votes. The most recent example of their omissions is when Hillary Clinton objected to the 2016 election blaming voting machines and Russian interference. Let's not forget the riots and bombs found when Trump was inaugurated in 2017. They criticize Trump for waiting an hour to put out a video condemning the January 6 violence yet, to date Pelosi, Schumer, Biden, and the Democrats have still not put out any videos condemning the violence against Trump. Then, the January 6th Committee is using fissures in the relationship between Trump and Pence to exploit one against the other and former Attorney General Barr is dancing right into their trap. Pence's aide Marc Short is being used and this will have political blowback if Pence ever decided to run for President. All of this un-vetted, unchallenged, one-sided manipulation from the committee and the media happily reports on it as if it were fact. Later, Congressman Lee Zeldin calls in to share how challenging life in New York is because of the Democrat's single-party control and policies. On Tuesday's Mark Levin show, the January 6 committee is a disgusting effort to criminalize a sitting president's right to challenge the results of an election until the electoral college votes are certified. The media suggests that former Attorney General Bill Barr will be the star witness in a criminal trial against former President Donald Trump. Incidentally, former US Attorney Bill McSwain for Pennsylvania penned a letter to Trump in June of 2021 stating that he'd received multiple allegations of election fraud but was advised by his then-boss Attorney General William Barr to make no public statements about them. Despite the facts of this letter, Barr maintains that he was not aware of any widespread fraud. Then, James Adams was smeared as an atheist among other things and had a challenging relationship with Thomas Jefferson. In his election, Adams only won by three votes and his Vice President was Thomas Jefferson the next highest vote-getter even though he was from a different party. Most voters from the north voted for Adams and most from the south voted for Jefferson. In this election, the state legislatures choose their electors to decide the presidency. This is the key point; the power to choose electors comes from the state legislatures and in American History was considered more relevant than the individual voters because of the adherence to the Constitution's electoral college. In 2020 the State of Pennsylvania changed the laws for choosing electors which violates the constitution. Later, when Hillary Clinton lost in 2016 and alleged on multiple occasions that the election was stolen from her there was no call for a special committee. When members of Congress said the Trump victory was illegitimate and that the electoral college shouldn't be observed, no one even batted an eyelid at their rhetoric. The tyranny of the majority and the tyranny of the legislature was serious concerns to our founders and Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats reject these concepts and shred our tradition and our republic. At the end of this committee hearing, the American people still won't know why Nancy Pelosi rejected President Trump's offer for the National Guard or why the Capitol Police failed to secure the building including waving people inside on January 6th. Then, a candidate running for the US presidency has every right to challenge the results of an election. Any President can seek legal advice and take an election to court. Al Gore challenged in 2000. A word of thanks also goes to Mitch McConnell and the RINO Republicans for discussing pointless gun control measures in Congress, even though there isn't a single bill they could pass that would stop crazy people from hurting innocent people. We must thank President Biden for focusing his attention on 9mm pistols and revealing how senseless their gun-grabbing desires are, right? A year ago, a gallon of gas on average was $3.04, today a gallon of gas on average in California is $6.21 and this program predicts that the national average will surpass $5.00 for a gallon for regular gasoline by next week. The government's boot is still on the throat of America's energy producers. OPEC has agreed to ramp up production, but this does nothing to accelerate U.S energy production. The January 6th Committee is a trojan-horse front for the Department of Justice to cast a wider net than a law enforcement agency is legally permitted to. This is unconstitutional as it violates the individual's Constitutional rights in a criminal proceeding. Earlier, Peter Navarro was held in contempt of Congress by the Congressional January 6th Committee.
