This 1 Thing Can Replace Our Entire Medical System

The root cause of over 80% of chronic illnesses is insulin resistance. Fasting can help fix this problem. Fasting triggers survival genes and allows your body to use fat and ketones for energy. It takes about 3 days to get into ketosis. When fasting, don’t eat if you’re not hungry. It’s important to let your body tell you how long to fast. Fasting makes your cells more sensitive to insulin and does not raise cortisol levels. There are 2 types of fasting: water fasting, which means no food, and dry fasting, which means you don’t consume food or water. Dry fasting can be even more beneficial because you trigger dehydration genes that can enhance weight loss. Fat can be converted into water for hydration while fasting. Dry fasting benefits also include enhanced autophagy and more detoxification in the liver. If you’re fasting and you notice your hair is falling out or you lose your cycle, you might not be getting enough protein. Grass-fed red meat is the best source. It provides amino acids, trace minerals, B vitamins, and more. Ensure you’re getting enough sea salt and plenty of sleep. Magnesium and zinc are also essential. You need about 400 mg of magnesium and 50 mg of zinc. DRINK 1 CUP Turmeric Water for Amazing Benefits

Let's talk about the health benefits of turmeric. One study found that curcumin was just as effective as ibuprofen at reducing pain from arthritis without side effects! It’s also shown to be as effective as aspirin. Another study showed that curcumin had comparable results to Prednisone in reducing inflammation for rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, and IBS. It has also been shown to produce antidepressant effects similar to Prozac and Zoloft. Curcumin has anti-diabetic properties and effects similar to Metformin. It also has anticoagulant properties similar to aspirin and Warfarin. Research has shown that curcumin has benefits similar to statins and can help reduce LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. One study compared curcumin to 5-fluorouracil, a chemotherapy drug. Turmeric has been shown to be as effective as anti-inflammatory drugs, especially for irritable bowel disease and digestive problems. It may also help reduce blood pressure and inhibit pathogens, especially fungi. To prepare turmeric water, combine ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder, a pinch of black pepper, and half of a lemon in a glass of warm water. To prepare golden milk, combine ½ teaspoon of turmeric, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of black pepper in a cup of milk or coconut milk. Heat the mixture and remove from heat just before it comes to a boil. You can also add turmeric to a smoothie with berries and kefir. If you have a cough, try drinking a cup of hot water with a teaspoon of turmeric and a tablespoon of raw honey. The #1 Blood Test Most Overlooked for Hair Loss

Vitamin D is not a vitamin; it’s a hormone intimately involved in 10% of our genes. If you don’t have enough vitamin D, it can interfere with the genes responsible for hair growth. There is also a very high concentration of vitamin D receptors in the hair follicle. Without enough vitamin D, your immune system is at risk of autoimmune conditions, including alopecia. Vitamin D supports the T cells that help combat autoimmune diseases. Psoriasis, dandruff, and dermatitis are also related to low vitamin D. Magnesium is the most potent regulator of calcium and is involved with enzymes important for hair health. It’s also essential for the proper function of vitamin D. There are 2 systems of vitamin D: one that controls calcium and one that has several functions, including hair growth and hair restoration. This form of vitamin D has a 24-hour half-life, so you need daily sun or supplements to prevent a hair loss problem. There is a worldwide vitamin D deficiency epidemic! Several factors contribute to this massive vitamin D deficiency problem, including genetics, skin color, insulin resistance, diabetes, obesity, and air pollution. Your blood vitamin D levels should be at least 70 to 100 ng/mL. You need at least 20,000 IU of vitamin D daily and 50 mg of magnesium to support hair growth. Zinc, iron, vitamin B12, and omega-3 fatty acids are also essential for hair restoration. Key genes involved in hair growth: 1. Sonic Hedgehog (SHH) gene 2. WNT genes 3. BMP (Bone Morphogenetic Protein) genes 4. FGF (Fibroblast Growth Factor) genes 5. TGF-β (Transforming Growth Factor-Beta) genes 6. LEF1 (Lymphoid Enhancer-Binding Factor 1) 7. PDGF (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor) 8. Dkk (Dickkopf WNT Signaling Pathway Inhibitor) genes 9. CTNNB1 (Beta-Catenin) ... Read more

14 Bad Habits That Can Ruin Your Heart

Today, I’m going to cover the top unhealthy habits that can ruin heart health. 1. Believing everything you read on labels Food labels can be misleading. Even foods marketed as essential to a heart-healthy diet may have damaging health effects. 2. Staying out of the sun Avoiding the sun can lower your vitamin D levels. Vitamin D is one of the most important vitamins for supporting a healthy body, including cardiovascular health. 3. Excessive sitting A fascinating study shows a sedentary lifestyle may increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. 4. Overusing medication Consider working with a doctor who is open to natural alternatives for various conditions. 5. Snacking Snacking before bed ruins your ability to burn fat while you sleep. Fat burning occurs mainly at night! 6. Drinking too much water Drinking too much water while on a low-salt diet can dilute an important electrolyte: sodium. 7. Ignoring dental care Certain studies have found dental bacteria in arterial plaque. Tooth infections can also lead to health issues. 8. Mouth breathing Nose breathing may help you sleep better at night—good sleep is vital for heart health. 9. Exposure to microplastics Microplastics are everywhere and have become a big issue. It has been found that the average person has microplastics in their blood. 10. Feeling out of breath when exercising Feeling out of breath very quickly when exercising could be a sign of a heart issue you should not ignore. 11. Jet lag Jet lag dramatically affects sleep cycles and can lead to fluid retention. If you fly frequently, taking niacin may help, and vitamin D3 may also be beneficial for jet lag. 12. Excessive cardio without rest Sustained pulse rate exercise is hard on the heart and body. 13. Secondhand smoke exposure Secondhand smoke can increase the risk of heart attack by 25-30%. 14. Consuming refined foods Magnesium is one of the most important nutrients for the heart. But refined foods deplete magnesium. Along with avoiding these unhealthy habits, try incorporating cold immersion therapy, managing stress, and improving your sleep to promote a healthy heart and reduce your risk of a heart problem. You can also discover more about truly heart-healthy foods in my other podcasts. This Can Be DEADLY!

Today, we’re going to talk about the most important vitamin: vitamin D! There is a lot of misinformation about vitamin D. Vitamin D blood levels are not very well correlated with the vitamin D inside your cells. It’s also virtually impossible to get enough vitamin D from food. There are 2 different systems for vitamin D: one for calcium and bone and one for all the non-calcium functions of vitamin D, including the immune system, prostate, skin, gut, brain, and muscles. Hardly any of the vitamin D in your blood goes into this second system! Most research on vitamin D involves the calcium system of vitamin D and only 600 to 800 IU. This amount may be sufficient for bone health but not for the other functions of vitamin D. Barriers to vitamin D absorption that can lead to low vitamin D include the following: •Air pollution •Sunscreen/Avoiding the sun •Gut inflammation •Magnesium deficiency •Genetics •Latitude/Altitude/Season •Aging •Insulin resistance •Low cholesterol •No gallbladder A healthy person needs around 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 each day. If you have health concerns, you may need more. The Benefits of Drinking Clove Water at Night

Today, we’re going to talk about the benefits of clove for health. Cloves have potent antibacterial, antifungal, anti-candida, and antiviral properties with virtually no side effects! Cloves can help numb tooth pain and eliminate microbes. They have been patented for use in mouthwash, toothpaste, and gingivitis treatment. Cloves can also increase bile flow and digestive enzymes. A study published in the World Journal of Dentistry found that clove oil worked faster, lasted longer, and was more effective for toothaches than benzocaine. Another study compared eugenol to hydrocortisone and found the effectiveness was equal to or greater in reducing skin swelling and redness. You can use cloves to make a salve or a liquid to drink before bed. It can be used for tooth pain, biofilms, muscle pain, joint pain, and more! Clove oil can be mixed with olive or coconut oil and massaged directly into the joints. You can also use clove oil to make a lip balm as a natural remedy for the herpes simplex virus. It can even be used as a mosquito repellent. Drinking clove water before bed can help you relax, detoxify the liver, and improve digestion. It can also be used for respiratory problems like bronchitis, mucus in the lungs, colds, coughs, and asthma. Clove water helps support cognitive function, a healthy heart, and healthy immune function. It’s a natural sedative, so it can be used as a sleep aid without the side effects of sleep medication. To make clove water, boil 4 to 5 cloves in one cup of water, lower the heat, and allow it to simmer for five minutes. Cover the water while it’s simmering to prevent the vapors from escaping. Allow the clove water to cool for one hour and consume it 30 minutes before bed. The 7 Warning Signs of a Zinc Deficiency

Zinc is the 3rd most important nutrient and is involved with over 200 different enzymes. Zinc allows you to make glutathione, the most powerful antioxidant. It’s highly concentrated in the prostate and helps make sperm and testosterone. Zinc is in the part of the pancreas that produces insulin, and it is also in the hippocampus, the part of the brain responsible for memory. Zinc is vital for wound healing, decreasing gastritis, generating collagen, and hair regrowth. Here are 7 common zinc deficiency symptoms: 1. Night blindness 2. Low testosterone, estrogen, or progesterone 3. Diarrhea 4. Acne 5. Alopecia 6. Cataracts 7. Thymus gland shrinkage The thymus is the most important immune gland. It makes the T cells that control and coordinate every aspect of your immune system. T cells help to kill infection and cancer and help prevent autoimmune diseases. Professor Greg Fahy has conducted fascinating research about the anti-aging possibilities that can occur when you restore the thymus gland. If you can regenerate the thymus gland, you may be able to increase your lifespan by decreasing the risk of cancer and infections. In a rat study, a thymus from a younger rat was transplanted into an older rat. The rat experienced an increased lifespan and regrowth of the thymus. Rats given zinc had fully recovered thymus function and improved immune function. Zinc deficiency can be caused by the following: • Aging • Gut issues • Vegan/vegetarian diets • Alcohol • Sugar • Chronic stress • Medications When you take zinc, you should also take copper. Thymus extract can also be beneficial to the thymus gland. I Will Get Attacked for This...

Modern medicine is primarily influenced by big pharma and big food. The medical industry is also overspecialized, and nutrition and food therapy training is virtually nonexistent. Check out these 9 common medical industry lies! 1. You don’t need a gallbladder. The gallbladder stores bile salts that help you extract fats from the digestive system. If you don't have a gallbladder, you won’t be able to concentrate bile. 2. Statins have minimal side effects. Statins have major side effects and increase your risk for type 2 diabetes and liver damage. 3. Hypertension is caused by too much salt in the diet. Instead of trying to lower sodium, increase potassium. Focus on adequate potassium intake to support healthy blood pressure levels. 4. Low amounts of vitamin D will fix a deficiency. If you’re low in vitamin D, 600 to 800 IU will not be enough. You need around 10,000 IU every day. 5. Red meat causes cancer. Grass-fed red meat is one of the healthiest foods you can eat. It’s a high-quality protein source and contains all of the B vitamins, zinc, selenium, copper, iron, creatine, l-carnitine, coenzyme Q10, and glutamine. 6. Avoid saturated fats. Unsaturated fats are a much bigger problem. Dangerous seed oils and ultra-processed foods are full of unsaturated fats—not saturated fats. 7. Your weight is causing your health issues. Your weight is a symptom, not the cause of your problems. The root cause of your weight problems and the associated health issues is likely insulin resistance. 8. Plant-based diets are best. Doctors and dieticians often falsely claim that plant-based diets are cleaner. Most fake meat products contain many ultra-processed ingredients. 9. Hypoglycemia is a complication of diabetes. If you have hypoglycemia, you have too much insulin. Instead of focusing on lowering insulin, doctors will advise patients to eat glucose pills or candy if their blood sugars drop too low. This Can DESTROY Your Body

There are several hypotheses about the origins of viruses. One theory proposes that viruses are necessary tools for survival. You’re born with an innate immune system, but your acquired immune system develops over time. It cannot be developed without viruses! Viruses cause your immune system to adapt and become stronger. Some viruses, like the Epstein-Barr virus, downgrade the vitamin D receptor. Vitamin D has two different systems. One directs calcium to the bone, and the other supports everything else, including the immune system. Your immune system will suffer if you’re not getting daily vitamin D from your food, sun, or supplements. You need a minimum of 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily to support your immune system! Strengthen your immune cells with the following: 1. Vitamin D 2. Zinc 3. Vitamin C 4. Sleep 5. Stress reduction 6. Garlic 7. Elderberry 8. Intermittent fasting 9. Magnesium 10. Laughter ... Get ALL Your Vitamins in this MEAL

DATA: [https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15531486/ ] (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15531486/) Let’s look at the best food sources of the most important vitamins and minerals. When it comes to protein, grass-fed beef, lamb, and goat are the best sources. People often think carrots are high in vitamin A, but they don't contain the active form. Retinol, the active form of vitamin A, is found in liver, fish, cod liver oil, and egg yolk. There are two types of iron: non-heme iron, found in plants, which is not very absorbable, and heme iron, found in liver and red meat. Red meat, fish, eggs, cheese, and liver are all excellent sources of B vitamins. You can get B vitamins from grains, but grains contain phytic acid, which blocks the absorption of trace minerals. Nutritional yeast and sunflower seeds are also good sources of B vitamins. Collagen is a protein that makes up ⅓ of the body's protein. Consuming the skin from meat and fish, bone broth, and organ meats can help supply the body with collagen. Cod liver oil, sardines, and fatty fish help provide vitamin D3, but the sun is the best source. Supplements can be helpful if you can't get enough sunshine. Shellfish, cod, dairy, eggs, sea kelp, and sea salt are the best sources of iodine. Shellfish, organ meat, red meat, and Brazil nuts are the best sources of selenium. Oysters, beef, organ meats, and pumpkin seeds are the best sources of zinc. Fatty fish is the best source of omega-3 fatty acids. You can get ALA from algae, the precursor to omega-3 fatty acids. Fish and dairy contain magnesium, but not very much. Pumpkin seeds, greens, and chocolate are the best food sources. Animal foods are also not the best source of potassium. Consume plenty of greens and avocado to help get potassium. Check out these meal ideas that include foods high in nutrients: •Steak, eggs, salad •Burger, cheese, sauerkraut •Liver, onions, cauliflower •Egg, avocado •Sardines, tomato •Tuna salad with nutritional yeast •Salmon, carrots, Brussels sprouts •Shellfish, mashed cauliflower •Short ribs, cheese, tomato ... You Will NEVER Eat Bread Again after Watching This

Link to More Bread Recipes Here: [https://drbrg.co/3T7xZbd ] (https://drbrg.co/3T7xZbd ) Try this healthy Keto-Friendly Einkorn Bread recipe! ‌Ingredients •1/2 cup Einkorn flour •1 cup almond flour •1/4 cup coconut flour •1/4 cup ground flaxseed •2 teaspoons baking powder •1/2 teaspoon salt •1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum •1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk •4 large eggs •1/4 cup melted butter •1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar •1 teaspoon stevia or erythritol (optional, for a sweeter taste) •1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, for a more savory flavor) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment. 2. Combine dry ingredients (Einkorn, almond, and coconut flours, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum). Mix until thoroughly combined. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients (eggs, melted butter, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and sweetener). Ensure the wet ingredients are well blended. 4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until the mixture forms a thick batter. Be careful not to overmix. 5. Fold in optional ingredients such as shredded cheese, herbs, or spices. 6. Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula to ensure the mixture is evenly distributed. 7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top is browning too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil. 8. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. 9. Once the bread has cooled, slice it with a sharp bread knife. Serve it plain, toasted, or with your favorite keto-friendly toppings like avocado, butter, or cheese. Einkorn is an ancient grain that has not been altered in a long time. Einkorn bread doesn’t have quite the same texture or mouthfeel as bread that's high in gluten, but it's close, and very few people have gut reactions to it. Modern grains are very high in phytic acid—a compound that binds with minerals such as zinc, iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium, and copper. Phytic acid is not absorbed in the small intestine, so you won’t be able to absorb the minerals it binds with. Some cultures that consume high amounts of bread have zinc and iron deficiencies because of the phytic acid. In the U.S., bread sometimes contains BVO or potassium bromate, ingredients banned in Europe. Wheat in the U.S. is often dried out with glyphosate, the chemical found in Roundup. Toasting bread creates acrylamide, which may lead to cancer. ... Read more

I used to look like this…

[DOWNLOAD THE WALLET CUTOUT CARD HERE: https://bit.ly/3TsJJ8s] (https://bit.ly/3TsJJ8s) In this podcast, I’m going to tell you how to reshape your face naturally and get rid of a moon face. One of the most common symptoms of Cushing’s syndrome is a “moon face.” Cushing’s syndrome is characterized by high levels of the stress hormone cortisol. Chronic high cortisol over a period of time can cause fat face syndrome. It can also be caused by the drug Prednisone. Cortisol can redistribute fat to different parts of the body, causing you to store fat in the face and the midsection. Over time, it can cause a hump on the back, red cheeks, thinner legs, and weak muscles in the legs and buttocks. Your cholesterol and lipids may rise, and you’ll start losing potassium and retaining sodium. This sends your blood pressure straight up, vitamin D levels decrease, and your immune system suffers. Cortisol indirectly causes a puffy face by breaking down protein and turning it into glucose. This spikes insulin, a fat-storing hormone. In the presence of too much insulin, you won't be able to lose fat. Carbohydrates, frequent eating, seed oils, nutrient deficiencies, stress, overexercising, and certain medications also trigger insulin. Try these 5 tips to reshape your face. 1. 11 Bizarre Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency (You NEED to Know)

Today, I’m going to tell you about some of the symptoms that you probably didn’t know were related to vitamin D deficiency. The most common signs that you’re vitamin D deficient include lower back pain, depression, high blood pressure, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases. Blood tests only show you the inactive form of vitamin D and don't tell you about vitamin D at the cellular level. Instead, look out for some of the surprising signs of vitamin D deficiency. 1. Head sweating This is typically seen in infants but can also be seen in teenagers and adults. 2. Sweating more at night If you’re vitamin D deficient, you may sweat excessively, even if the room is cool. You might also wake up with a moist pillow. 3. Mood swings Vitamin D controls mood regulation, so if you’re deficient, you could experience a range of moods in a short time. 4. Procrastinating If you constantly put things off for later, you could be vitamin D deficient! 5. Panic attacks Low vitamin D levels can cause panic attacks, so try taking high doses of vitamin D3 if you’re experiencing them. 6. Achiness Achiness in the pelvis, lower back, hips, and upper legs is often a sign of low vitamin D. 7. Loss of muscle strength If you have low vitamin D, you won’t have enough calcium in the muscles. Calcium allows the muscle to contract and is also involved in muscle production. 8. Stiffness Stiffness related to vitamin D deficiency usually occurs in the knees and fingers. This is related to inflammation, weakened cartilage, and weakened collagen. 9. Chronic fatigue Vitamin D supports your mitochondria, the energy factories of the cell. Without enough vitamin D, you can’t make energy. 10. Slowed down thinking Vitamin D deficiency can cause diminished cognitive function. 11. Difficulty feeling satisfied If you’re vitamin D deficient, you might not feel satisfied after eating, and you’ll have a tendency to overeat. Consider taking around 10,000 to 20,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day, along with the cofactors magnesium, vitamin K2, zinc, and vitamin B6. ... Read more

You Will NEVER Eat Sugar Again after This Video

Let's talk about the side effects of sugar and how to cut sugar from the diet. The average person consumes 74 teaspoons of sugar per day. Since there are over 200 different names for sugar and types of hidden sugar, many people don’t realize how much they’re consuming. Food addiction expert Dr. Joan Ifland explains that you get a surge of dopamine when you consume sugar. The dopamine cells in your brain are not equipped to handle this surge, which is why you crash within 20 minutes. Over time, the dopamine receptor stops working, and you will need more sugar to achieve the same dopamine surge. You can reverse sugar addiction and get your body into a state of fat-burning called ketosis in as little as 72 hours! You will no longer crave sugar. Willpower alone does not usually get rid of sugar cravings. To get into ketosis and eliminate sugar cravings, you have to get your body to burn fat. Try these tips to get into ketosis and eliminate your sugar cravings for good: 1. Keep your carbs below 30 grams per day. 2. Change your environment and get your friends and family on board. Hide junk food or remove it from your house altogether. 3. Find pick-me-ups other than sugar. Exercise, dancing, music, laughter, long walks, nature, and helping others can increase endorphins and oxytocin without depleting your dopamine receptors. Physical work is also very therapeutic. If you fall off the wagon and give in to sugar cravings, don't beat yourself up. Use it as a learning experience! Consume protein and fat to minimize the damage caused by a slip-up. ... Read more
