<div>Steven and Meg talk about doing things and thinking about things, that just pop into their thoughts, uninvited. Steven explains how powerful affirmations are to the successful life. “Affirmations are essential to a life lived well.  Without them, we’re like puppy’s chasing after butterflies, and bees.  Some things are enjoyable, but others will sting you.  Without a positive choice, mixed with knowledge, there are going to be bumps and bruises.  Most of which, are avoidable. How do we avoid doing things that cause unnecessary pain?  Begin with, continue with, and end the day with, positive affirmations.  
I affirm and reaffirm my unity with the One Higher Consciousness.  I do it over and over until that unity has become a fact present to my mindfulness.  Then, I’m ready for the next step….which is to become Life-aware, or Life conscious. The One Mind of all things, all of creation…is a living mind; it’s the Mind of life, itself.  If we are of Mind, we are of Higher Spirit…and we are also Life. There is only one Life, it is abundant, it knows all and it sees all, the Creative consciousness is in all, and through all; and all that choose to be in that Life—are that Life.
