‫دیزاین چیه؟ در این اپیزود با بررسی تاریخچه تفکر طراحی در دهه ۴۰ و ۵۰ میلادی و تعریف خلاقیت و نوآوری، دیزاین رو به عنوان یه روش فکر کردن و یه فرآیند خلاقانه، ساختارمند و انسان‌محور برای ایده‌پردازی و حل مسئله‌های پیچیده، مبهم و بی‌انتها می‌شناسیم.
‫در این قسمت، اصول تفکر طراحی رو با بررسی مطالعات روانشناختی در مورد هوش، خلاقیت و حل مسئله و با تمرکز بر نظریه‌ها و فعالیت‌های ۵ تا از شخصیت‌های اثرگذار این دوره، ماکس وِرتهایمر، الکس آزبورن، جوی پال گیلفورد، هنری دریفوس، و جان آرنولد تعریف می‌کنیم.
‫همینطور به نقش تخیل و حافظه در خلاقیت، اصول و موانع و تکنیک‌های پرورش خلاقیت، اهمیت جهش شهودی و لحظه «آها»، استدلال بینش‌محور و بازتعریف مسئله، ترکیب تفکر واگرا و همگرا، تعادل بین تحلیل و تلفیق و ارزیابی، اهمیت آزمایش و تجربه‌گرایی و… می‌پردازیم که در طراحی راه‌حل‌های واقعی برای نیازهای دنیای واقعی در زمینه‌های مختلف از محصولات و خدمات تا کسب‌وکارها و سیستم‌ها استفاده می‌شه.

What is design? In this episode, we explore the history of design thinking during the 1940s and 1950s, defining creativity and innovation while recognizing design as a way of thinking and as a creative, structured, and human-centered process for ideation and solving complex, ambiguous, and open-ended problems.
We delve into the principles of design thinking through psychological studies on intelligence, creativity, and problem-solving, focusing on the theories and contributions of five influential figures of the time: Alex Osborn, Max Wertheimer, Paul J. Guilford, John Arnold, and Henry Dreyfuss.
We also discuss the role of imagination and memory in creativity, the principles, barriers, and techniques for fostering creativity, the importance of intuitive leaps and "aha" moments, insight-based reasoning and redefining problems, the integration of divergent and convergent thinking, and balancing analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. Additionally, we highlight the importance of experimentation and experience, and how these concepts are applied in creating real-world solutions across various fields, from products and services to businesses and systems.
