On this episode of Somewhere in the Skies Classics, we revisit a conversation with Swedish UFO researcher Fred Andersson to explore some of Sweden’s strangest and most unsettling close encounters.

From mysterious fire humanoids reported in Mörsil and Lundbovägen to bizarre, suitcase-carrying owl-like creatures in Smedjebacken, these cases rank among the most unusual encounters to emerge from Sweden. Having personally interviewed witnesses connected to several of these events, Andersson shares firsthand details, his own theories, and what these extraordinary cases might tell us about the enduring mystery of the UFO phenomenon.
