It's part of the human experience.  But sometimes, that stress seems to NEVER go away and we become chronically stressed or go into "survival mode".  Which can bring on a bunch of bullshit that can affect our lives, jobs, relationships, friendships, and even health.     Worst part? It makes midlife just that much harder...and midlife is already rough.   BUT!
