This is one of <a href="https://www.wsj.com/health/healthcare/how-health-insurers-racked-up-billions-in-extra-payments-from-medicare-advantage-9d4c8a89?mod=author_content_page_1_pos_10?mod=WSJ_TJPOD">many Medicare Advantage practices</a> that is now under government scrutiny.
