I'm so excited about it, and for a few reasons, I feel like this is my best book yet! I love the minds that came around to help write this book and I love how practical it is! Over the next few Fridays you'll hear me talk about the meaning and purpose behind each part this book is broken into. This week is Part 1: Defining Your Reality. Too often I found myself comparing my life to someone else's. I imagine I'm not the only one who has done this. But how can we compare when our realities are so different? How can a 26 year old mother of toddlers possibly compare her life to a 47 year old mom of four teenagers? How can a stay at home mom compare where she's at in her career to a full-time working mother? It's just not fair to anyone when we do that. We have to look at our own lives and circumstances and define what our reality is in this season. We must ponder on the areas of life that feel out of control, and allow Jesus to come in and have his way!I can't wait to go through Part 2 with you next Friday!
