Once famous for its Baypen Corn Syrup factory, the town has fallen into a rundown state. Quinn befriends a group of teens who create viral horror movies and pull pranks on each other, who fill her in on the local legend, Frendo the Clown. Frendo becomes all too real when he appears and starts killing the group one by one.
