At least three people are dead after a shooting at a food festival in Seattle. Four others are injured, including a 2-year-old boy.  Police say a suspect is in custody, while another is on the loose. After nearly two weeks of intense airstrikes, the U.S. and Iran have paused their attacks and started exchanging messages again.
