We are so humbled and grateful here at the Be Healthy in a Hurry podcast that we have been able to bring you messages about health from our own life missions, as well as experiences and expertise from our guests since the beginning of 2019 – over 6 years. Our life missions are to help people get healthy – naturally by learning from others and putting easy habits into practice. Buddy Lee does this through the Jump Rope and fitness, where he has worked with youth, adults, and Olympic athletes around the world, Betty Norlin does this through her teaching, training, writing, and speaking helping to bridge the gap between Eastern and Western approaches to health and going back to the basics, and Dr. Wayne “The Mango Man” Pickering who teaches about the science of food combining and how that has helped his many clients over the years for better health. We each have our areas of expertise, which sometimes overlap due to our life purposes. Dr. Wayne, on this podcast, has specialized in the area of nutrition, I, Betty Norlin have specialized in mindset and attitude, and Buddy Lee has specialized in the area of fitness.
