Through calming breath and heartfelt reflection, you'll explore how peace can restore faith in humanity—not by pretending everything is perfect, but by remembering that peace still exists, and you can be a source of it too. You'll offer peace inward first—creating safety and steadiness within—then gradually extend it outward, allowing your heart to reopen in a wise, grounded way.
