Beth shares what tools her most successful clients implement and reminds us how important it is to use data to track, and if you’re not weighing daily or monthly, don’t bother weighing at all. Use your picture and your measurements to track your progress. 

We discuss women and age and how in order to get results you’ve got to get in the gym, as a runner she has never seen a change in her body except when strength training.
