December 28th, 2017. Wichita, Kansas. On December 28th, 2017 28-year-old Andrew Finch was fatally shot by a police officer outside his home in Wichita, Kansas. The officers realized too late that the call was a “swatting” prank. The next day a man in Los Angeles was arrested for making the false call.
