Today on Like It Matters Radio we are asking the question, &ldquo;Who are my people?&rdquo;.&nbsp; It was Dr. Martin Luther King who lived and died for the Dream; &ldquo;I have a dream!&nbsp; That one day my 4 little children will live in a nation where they are not judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.&nbsp; I have a dream today!&rdquo; On April 4, 1968, as he stood on the second-floor balcony of the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee, he was assassinated!&nbsp; Well less than 60 years from his death, we have assassinated his dream as well. Today we seem to be all wrapped up in color again.&nbsp; Racism is openly government sponsored today.&nbsp; All that matters is one&rsquo;s skin color to determine how justice is meaded out, who gets free money, good schools and sympathy and empathy.&nbsp; All we did was switch colors.&nbsp; White used to be good, and Black was not good.&nbsp; Nowadays, Black is the color of a victim and white is the color of a persecutor.&nbsp; The only thing that has changed is the preferred color.&nbsp; For those who don&rsquo;t &lsquo;group&rsquo; identify, this show is for you.&nbsp; Who are your people?&nbsp; If you are not wrapped up in skin color and which bathroom someone uses, then how do you identify &ldquo;your people&rdquo;? Jesus addressed this in a home in Capernaum, when he said, &ldquo;Who is my Mother, and who is my brother, but he or she who does the will of my Father, that is my mother and that is my brother.&nbsp; Today on this hour of power Mr. Black will be joined by Joel Hillary.&nbsp; Joel has a podcast called, &ldquo;The Jesus Magnate&rdquo;.&nbsp; Joel is a follower of the risen King, he is a New Zealander who lives and missions in Thailand- Joel is my people.&nbsp; Listeners will be moved as he shares the stories and the power of the people he interviews and share incredible stories.
