Kelsey begins by taking us through her journey of discovering Kundalini yoga and how her scoliosis really brought her into the practice of yoga. This practice evolved from Hatha yoga to incorporating more breathwork until it brought her to the healing and transformational practice of Kundalini.Kelsey shares what Kundalini is as well as how she incorporates many different aspects into her practice and teaching.
