Peter Dillon is the Chief Winemaker at Handpicked Wines. Born into a winemaking family, Peter’s passion for the craft runs deep. Alongside his work in the winery, he’s equally at home in the vineyard as Director of Viticulture as well. Peter’s hands-on approach and curiosity for terroir keep him constantly engaged in the art and science of great wine.
