Unfortunately, CJ did not have time to do both an election episode & a Halloween episode this year, so he opted for the latter. In this off-the-cuff episode, CJ shares some thoughts and historical perspective on the imminent presidential election, viewed primarily through the lens of two important concepts in American political history that he&#8217;s covered multiple times on the DHP over the years; namely, civil religion & party systems.
