Don was rescued from the pound by his new friend Rex and went home to live with him. Rex was so thankful that Don had saved him he didn’t want to leave the pound without him. Don was too large to live in the house but has a nice place in a barn that was warm and dry. He had all he wanted to eat and clean water when he was thirsty and visited with Rex often. One day Alice is having a party and Don is dressed up and brought into the house to take part in the party.&nbsp;
