<p>Kendra talks about her experiences with vaginismus, shaped by purity culture, sexual trauma, relationship pressure, and lack of information. She is now 18 years into her journey and has chosen to opt out of "P in V" pressure; she is instead focusing on self acceptance and finding a partner who loves her for who she is, rather than what she can do. She wishes that young women had more information and more self acceptance, and felt less pressure to perform.
