The internet has made up its mind about Other Mommy, but the BGH crew has a more complicated take. We debate Rob Savage’s ambitious, occasionally overstuffed horror film, from Jessica Chastain’s uncanny dual performance and the increasingly surreal set pieces to the emotional story underneath it all.

Is the movie’s breakneck pace undermining its ideas about grief, infidelity, and the responsibilities of parenthood? Or is there something genuinely affecting beneath the chaos? We get into the film’s most disturbing moments, its complicated ending, and why its flaws don’t necessarily erase what works.

After the break we talk hype-level for the Crystal Lake series, Eric reports back after ONLY watching the final episode of Carrie, we look at the most searched costumes of 2026 and talk about early buzz on Clayface being a hard R horror movie.
