Colin Gray is the founder of Alitu, an automated podcast recording &amp; editing tool, and The Podcast Host, one of the longest running and most authoritative podcasting blogs on the web. In addition, he also hosts his own show called Podcraft which teaches listeners how to create better quality audio content. 

Colin has been helping people set up and run successful podcasts for more than a decade. Coming from an academic background, in 2008 Colin began teaching lecturers how to use podcasting to enhance student learning. He then founded The Podcast Host website in 2011, which has now helped several thousand people launch and grow their own podcast.

In this interview, James Deeney speaks with Colin about everything beginners need to know to plan, launch, and grow a successful podcast.
