<p>Ok. So, this week isn&#8217;t an official episode because I&#8217;m trying something different. We&#8217;re replaying one of our popular interviews from 4&#8217;ish years ago with the head brewer over at Founders Brewing, Mr. Jeremy Kosmicki. WOW, time flies! One of the main reasons I&#8217;m doing a replay this week is because I&#8217;ve had breakfast stout on my brain lately.
