Gina Carr is a serial entrepreneur helping speakers, coaches, thought-leaders, and business people expand their brand—and expand their health and energy. Gina increased her energy and reduced her weight when she discovered the plant-based diet—losing 60 pounds and feeling better than ever. She learned about the power of food and the connection to mental illness and shares her very personal journey with her family in this area. Gina lost her son to suicide.
