Marc Plattner is the founding coeditor of the <a href='https://www.ned.org/journal-of-democracy/'>Journal of Democracy</a> and the founding codirector of the National Endowment for Democracy’s <a href='https://www.ned.org/ideas/'>International Forum for Democratic Studies</a>.
