One area we have set out to learn more about is how the heck government works and how can we not feel so helpless?That’s where Ben Sheehan comes in.&nbsp;His goal is to make regular civic participation — even beyond voting — a regular part of all of our daily lives, like flossing our teeth -- we do it a little bit, every day, and it's good for our overall long-term health (both individually and as a country)Formerly an award-winning producer at Funny Or Die, Sheehan uses his experience in comedy and his education and unique upbringing in Washington to create easy-to-understand, non-intimidating, comedic videos to teach people about how our government works and how we can all make an impact.&nbsp;Originally from the D.C. area, Sheehan graduated with high honors from Emory University with a B.A. in Political Science and American Studies, and holds an M.A. in Music Business from New York University. The videos he’s been involved with have received over a billion views. For the 2016 election, his comedic videos helped get 50,000 voters registered!
