When there is a successful piece of media (book, video game, movie, etc), then humans love to take that media and try and make more money off of it by adapting them in some form or another. Sometimes they make money, sometimes they don't, but they aren't always very good adaptations of their source. Here to talk about some adaptations that rather missed the mark are the Geek Salad crew with episode 265: Guaranteed to be Just Like You Remember (not a guarantee).
Join Andy, Mike, Joe, and Katherine as they discuss some movies and games that are adapted from an existing source, but not very well. They might be fun on their own, but as an adaptation of an existing product, it doesn't quite work.
