#980. Does grief actually get easier with time… or do you just learn how to live alongside it?Amanda Kloots is back on Off the Vine for a conversation about the part of grief we don’t talk about enough: what happens years later, when the world has moved on but your relationship with loss is still changing. Amanda opens up about where she is six years after losing her husband Nick, why she no longer believes in being fully “healed,” and the unexpected therapy experience that completely shifted the way she looks at grief. She and Kaitlyn also talk about what actually helps when someone you love is grieving, why we’re so afraid to talk about the people we’ve lost, and how Elvis is getting to know his dad as he gets older. Then things get a whole lot lighter with Harry Jowsey. Amanda takes us inside their unexpected friendship, what it was like helping him look for a wife on Netflix’s Let’s Marry Harry, and why losing Nick completely changed what she believes a healthy relationship should feel like. It’s grief, healing, dating, friendship, a little Harry Jowsey chaos — and a conversation that might change the way you think about loss.If you’re LOVING this podcast, please follow and leave a rating and review below! PLUS, FOLLOW OUR PODCAST INSTAGRAM HERE!Thank you to our Sponsors!
