In this episode, I am joined by Harpal Dhatt, also known as the Kindness Chef. She is a podcast host, a visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster, and the founder of Kindness Cafes.
She helps leaders create a culture of kindness with nourishing recipes & menus to increase wellbeing.
