Welcome back to the Evolve Move Play Podcast!

Today we’re joined by the one and only Leo Urban.

If you’re unfamiliar with his work, Leo is a professional parkour athlete and YouTuber who has garnered a huge following on social media by displaying his amazing skill at moving in trees, competing in World Chase Tag, and performing incredible urban free-solo stunts around the world. 

Recently Leo’s turned his attention to highlighting the incredible wildlife and indigenous peoples who live in the deep jungles and forests of places like the Amazon, India, Morocco and more. Through these adventures he’s working to bring awareness, not only to the delicate and beautiful natural spaces he visits, but also how human beings are built to move and thrive in these spaces. 

During this conversation we’ll talk a lot about Leo’s work, his philosophy, and the vital importance that nature plays in nourishing the mind, body and spirit of the human animal.
