Today, we move deeper into our compassion series by shifting from observation to active acknowledgment. When we are in the midst of a healing season, we often ignore or push away the parts of ourselves that feel stuck. In Day 2, we stop the fight. We use the restorative affirmation, "I honor you," to bridge the gap between where we are and where we want to be. This session focuses on nervous system regulation, using gentle breathwork and focused intention to signal safety to the body.
