Welcome back to the in-between state of yoga nidra. This practice is intended to create space for healing, of body, mind and spirit - by accessing the body&#39;s innate wisdom, and the natural intelliegnt process that is already occurring at every moment in the body. We explore a healing visualisation and some gentle bell sounds are used during the practice.
