Now, 16 years later, he’s financially free, has surpassed the <a href="https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/rental-property-wealth-generators?utm_source=podcast&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none">millionaire</a> mark, and never got caught in the “buy a hundred units” trap.
