Cleveland will take a new approach to responding to mental health crises, one that does not involve police, after City Council <a href="https://www.ideastream.org/government-politics/2026-02-02/cleveland-city-council-passes-tanishas-law-expanding-nonpolice-response-to-mental-health-crises">passed </a>Tanisha’s Law.
