The wind flowed over the bed, filling the room with the scent of freshly-fallen leaves. On the bed, Wilbur, a big brown dog with floppy ears, stretched his legs and gave a long, contented sigh. He was happy. But suddenly, a sound interrupted the peace. Thunk!</p>
<p>Wilbur’s ears twitched. He opened one eye, then the other. What was that noise? The dog lifted his head and listened closely, but all was quiet once again. Nothing seemed to be amiss, so Wilbur lay his head back down on the bed again.</p></blockquote>
