Trenny Gibson disappeared from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park on October 8, 1976 when she was only 16 years old. She was 5'3", 115lbs, with brown hair and green eyes. She was wearing a blue blouse, a blue and white stripped sweater, jeans, and blue adidas shoes. She had also put on a orange/brown plaid jacket that she borrowed from her brother's friend Robert, he comes up in the case a lot. Her class was on a trip to the national park with only one chaperone when she was seen ducking off the Clingman's Dome trail to the right and was never seen again. Many classmates have remained secretive & one is still in possesstion of her jewelry.
