Now, his mother’s estate has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against OpenAI, and <a href="https://www.wsj.com/tech/ai/chatgpt-murder-suicide-greenwich-openai-fd14fac2?mod=author_content_page_1_pos_4?mod=WSJ_TJPOD">Soelberg’s son Erik wants the tech giant to take responsibility</a> for a product that he believes deepened his father’s decline.
