This week on Bloody Good Horror we debate Zach Cregger’s Resident Evil (2026)... what works, what doesn’t, and whether the movie really understands what makes the games special.

We discuss Austin Abram's leading man performance, the incredible creature design, survival horror tropes, abundant humor, and debate that controversial ending. Does it actually ruin all the good that comes before it?

PLUS, Eric tests Jon's Resident Evil knowledge and, spoiler alert, it doesn't go well! The new Crypt Keeper is CHOPPED, the Hellraiser game looks incredible, and we discuss our favorite horror videogames from childhood.
