You'll use a simple reflective reset to help you release accumulated tension, reconnect with your breath, gather your energy back in, and choose one restorative intention for the coming week. The goal is not to create the perfect routine. It is to help your body recognize a clear transition: This week is complete. I do not need to carry all of it forward. The practice is designed to help you move from: accumulation → release overstimulation → clarity depletion → restoration autopilot → intention Why a Weekly Reset Matters Without a pause between one week and the next, stress can begin to accumulate quietly.
