So pleased to have <a target="_blank" href="https://brooklynstrength.com/run-club-info-2">Coach Rachel</a> on again to talk about running, the patience it takes to create a consistent running practice and the difference between being obsessed with metrics versus learning to trust our own bodies and journey.
